CXGPS Intelligent Inverter Circulation Pump Positioned for domestic and small-to-medium commercial heating and hot water circulation systems, the CXGPS intelligent inverter circulation pump adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor and frequency conversion control technology. It is built with an AUTO adaptive control function, which can automatically adjust the pump performance in real time according to the system's heat demand (such as changes in ambient temperature and pipeline flow), realizing "synchronized reduction of energy consumption when heat demand decreases". In terms of safety and structural design, the series adopts a shielded rotor integrated structure to reduce the risk of water leakage; the bearings rely on the pumped medium for lubrication, eliminating the need for additional lubricating oil and making maintenance more convenient.

Application
Domestic Heating Systems (Underfloor Heating/Radiators)
Suitable for domestic underfloor heating systems and two-pipe/single-pipe radiator heating systems. The AUTO adaptive function can automatically adjust the flow rate and lift according to the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor areas and the heating demand of the room. For example, when there are many people in the room during the day and the temperature demand is high, the pump automatically increases its power; when people are resting at night and the temperature demand decreases, the "automatic night speed reduction" function (optional) is activated, which reduces energy consumption while avoiding pipeline noise. It is particularly suitable for residences with an area of 80~200㎡ and is compatible with both newly installed systems and the renovation of old systems.
Domestic Domestic Hot Water Recirculation Systems
Used for hot water circulation in domestic gas/electric water heaters. It ensures the stability of the water temperature in the hot water pipe (e.g., maintaining 40~50℃) through frequency conversion adjustment, so that hot water flows out immediately when the faucet is turned on, avoiding the wait for cold water to run out and improving water usage comfort. With a medium temperature range of 2~110℃, it can adapt to the high-temperature hot water output by water heaters (≤70℃). Moreover, its energy-saving feature can reduce the energy consumption caused by repeated heating of the water heater, lowering the total domestic electricity consumption.
Small-to-Medium Commercial Heating/Hot Water Systems
Applicable to heating and hot water circulation in guesthouses, small hotels (10~30 rooms), and office buildings (under 1000㎡). The wide coverage of multiple models can meet the needs of different scales: for instance, the GPS series is suitable for small-area scenarios (single guesthouses), while the GPM series is suitable for larger-area scenarios (multi-story office buildings). The proportional pressure difference control function can avoid the problem of excessively high lift caused by changes in system resistance, reduce the noise of balance valves, and improve the quietness of commercial spaces.

Features
AUTO Adaptive Control + Multiple Control Modes, High Intelligence
AUTO Adaptive Mode (Factory Default): No manual debugging is required. The pump automatically learns system characteristics (such as pipeline resistance and heat demand patterns) and gradually optimizes operating parameters, reaching an adapted state 1-2 weeks after initial installation. Parameters are automatically saved after power failure, and no reconfiguration is needed when power is restored, making it suitable for non-professional users.
Multiple Modes Optional: It supports 3 proportional pressure difference curves (PP1~PP3), 3 constant pressure curves (CP1~CP3), and 3 fixed-speed curves (S1~S3). Modes can be flexibly switched according to system types (e.g., PP mode for underfloor heating, CP mode for hot water circulation), adapting to control needs of different scenarios.
Automatic Night Speed Reduction: Optional function. It judges the night period through a built-in pipeline temperature sensor (when the pipeline temperature stays at 10~15℃ for 2 hours and the cooling rate is ≥0.1℃/min), then automatically reduces the rotation speed. This further lowers energy consumption by 20%~30% without affecting basic heating/hot water needs at night.
Wide Temperature Range + High Pressure, Wide Scene Coverage
Medium Temperature Range: 2~110℃: It can transport cold water (air conditioning circulating water, irrigation water), warm water (domestic hot water), and medium-temperature liquids (heating hot water). Compared with conventional pumps (5~50℃), its applicable scenarios are expanded by more than double. One device can replace the combination of "heating pump + hot water circulation pump", reducing equipment investment.
System Pressure: 1.0MPa: It adapts to water circulation needs of 2~4-story buildings (such as multi-story guesthouses and office buildings). The inlet pressure is reasonably designed (e.g., minimum inlet pressure of 0.108MPa at 110℃), avoiding cavitation noise and bearing damage, and ensuring stable water supply for high floors.
Convenient Maintenance and Installation
Integrated Design Without Shaft Seal: The shaft seal of traditional pumps is a part that requires regular replacement. This series adopts a shielded rotor + sealing gasket structure, eliminating shaft seal wear issues and reducing maintenance frequency.
Compact Design + Horizontal Installation: The pump body is integrated with the control box, featuring a small size. During installation, only the motor shaft needs to be kept horizontal, and no complex fixing is required. Ordinary users can complete mechanical installation and power-on startup by referring to the instruction manual.
