The WFB seal-less self-controlled self-priming pump is an improved and innovative product developed by integrating domestic and international related technologies, serving as a replacement for traditional similar products in China. It features advantages such as temperature resistance, pressure resistance, wear resistance, and the "first-time priming, permanent self-priming" capability. Constructed from materials including cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, and reinforced polypropylene, it is available in various shapes and specifications. The product also offers high efficiency, energy conservation, and a unique structural design.

Precautions

To reasonably match the motor, the water pumps are classified into three working condition grades: A, B, and C. The power of the supporting motor is matched according to grade A. When used under working conditions of grade B or C, the power of the supporting motor can be appropriately reduced depending on specific circumstances.

The working condition grades are divided as follows:

Grade A working conditions: Continuous operation, with all three performances (suction lift, flow rate, and head) meeting the standards.

Grade B working conditions: Continuous operation, with any two of the three performances meeting the standards.

Grade C working conditions: Intermittent operation, with any one of the three performances meeting the standards.

Features

1.Sealing Excellence:

The pump uses a leak-free seal (dynamic + auxiliary seals), replacing traditional packing/mechanical seals to eliminate all leakage issues. Ideal for replacing long-shaft submersible and sewage pumps.

2.Durability & Self-priming:

2-1.Seal runs friction-free, lasting 10x longer than conventional pumps.

2-2.Vacuum-based self-priming with "electric air control valve" ensures "once-primed, permanent self-priming".

2-3.Features low vibration/noise, easy mobility, and high automation compatibility via integrated control systems.
