Developed by combining the structures and performance of ZX self-priming centrifugal pumps and QW sewage pumps, this pump integrates self-priming and sewage disposal capabilities. It eliminates the need for foot valves or priming water (like standard clean-water self-priming pumps) while handling:

1.Solids up to 60% of the outlet diameter

2.Fibers up to 1.5 times the impeller diameter

3.Sludge, sediment, mining waste, fecal matter, construction wastewater, and viscous liquids

Work Principle

The pump body features a liquid storage chamber connected to the working chamber via upper return ports and lower circulation ports, forming an axial external-mixing recirculation system. When the pump stops, residual liquid remains in the chamber. During startup:

1.The impeller propels stored liquid upward, entraining air.

2.Liquid-air mixture passes through a mesh separator, where liquid returns to the working chamber via gravity.

3.Air is expelled, creating vacuum for self-priming.

This design enables rapid priming without external assistance.

Suitable for chemical, petroleum, mining, paper, textiles, food, power plants, municipal/aquaculture wastewater systems.

Ambient ≤45°C, medium ≤60°C

pH: cast iron 6-9, stainless steel 1-14
