The QW submersible sewage pump is fixedly installed with a coupling device. It adopts a large-flow passage anti-clogging hydraulic component design, which greatly improves the capacity for passing solid waste. It can effectively pass fibrous materials 5 times the diameter of the pump outlet and solid particles with a diameter about 50% of the pump outlet diameter. With a reasonable design and a matched motor, it features high efficiency and remarkable energy-saving effects.

Features

The QW series submersible sewage pumps feature a unique single or double vane impeller design that enhances solids handling capabilities, allowing passage of fibrous materials up to 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles up to 50% of the pump diameter. The mechanical seal utilizes corrosion-resistant titanium-tungsten carbide, ensuring continuous operation for over 8,000 hours. With a compact structure, low noise, and energy-efficient motor, the pump eliminates the need for a dedicated pump house, reducing installation costs. Built-in protections include a leak detection sensor in the oil chamber and thermal sensors in the stator windings. An optional automatic control cabinet provides additional safeguards against leaks, overloads, and overheating. The pump can be equipped with a float switch for automatic level control or a dual-guide rail coupling system for quick installation and maintenance without entering the sump. Capable of operating across the entire range without motor overload, the pump offers flexible installation options: fixed auto-coupling or mobile free-standing configurations.

Installation

For sewage pumps in indoor sewage tanks (sump pits), fixed installation with automatic coupling devices (single pump/double pumps) is adopted in multiple forms. Among them, mobile installation with hose connection is limited to scenarios where the submersible sewage pump motor power N ≤7.5 kW and the discharge pipe DN ≤100 mm.

Requirements

The pump is designed to handle media with a temperature not exceeding 60°C, a density ≤1,163 kg/m³, and a pH range of 5 to 9. For pumps without an internal self-circulating cooling system, the motor portion exposed above the liquid surface shall not exceed half of its total height. Since the main components are made of cast iron, the pump is not suitable for pumping highly corrosive liquids.
