The JYWQ,JBWQ and JPWO series automatic stirring sewage pumps adopt automatic stirring devices on the basis of ordinary sewage pumps. The devices rotate with the motor shaft to generate extremely strong stirring force, which stirs the sediments in the sewage tank into suspended matters, sucks them into the pumps and discharges them, improving the anti-blocking and sewage discharge capabilities of the pumps, completing drainage, sewage cleaning, silt removal at one time, and saving operation costs. They are environmental protection products with obvious advancement and practicability.

Note: JYWQ and JBWQ are ordinary automatic stirring sewage pumps; JPWQ is an automatic stirring sewage pump with a stainless steel jacket internal circulation cooling system.

Features

1.When the automatic stirring sewage pump is in operation, it automatically stirs the sediments at the bottom of the pool to completely prevent the accumulation of dirt, eliminating the need for manual cleaning.

3.The external circulation cooling system enables the sewage pump to operate at a low water level, reducing the starting frequency of the motor and extending the service life of the motor.

Structure

1.Adopts a unique double-flow passage non-clogging impeller structure to enhance the flow capacity and sewage discharge capability for wastewater and debris.

2.The automatic stirring device generates extremely strong stirring force, which mixes sediments in the pool into suspended matter, then sucks them into the impeller for discharge, achieving the function of dredging.

3.The partition divides the base into two parts, ensuring that stirring and water inlet do not interfere with each other.

4.The mechanical seal is a double-end face mechanical seal, permanently immersed in the oil chamber, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the water pump.

5.The hydrodynamic seal with auxiliary impeller structure not only provides auxiliary sealing to protect the mechanical seal but also balances axial force, extending the service life of bearings.

6.A leakage detection probe is installed in the pump connection cavity. When leakage occurs, the probe sends a signal, and the control system protects the pump. Our company can provide a full-automatic safety protection control cabinet.

7.The motor stator uses Class B and Class F insulation, with built-in thermal protectors. When the motor overheats due to overload, the protectors act promptly to provide absolute protection for the pump and motor.

8.An oil-water probe is installed in the oil chamber. When the mechanical seal is damaged and water enters the oil chamber, the probe sends a signal, and the control system protects the water pump.

9.JPWQ is equipped with an internal circulation cooling system, ensuring the water pump works normally at low water levels in the pool.
