This series of pumps adopts a unique impeller structure and a new-type mechanical seal, which can effectively transport liquids containing solids and long fibers. Compared with traditional impellers, the impellers of these pumps adopt a single-flow passage or double-flow passage form, which is similar to an elbow with the same cross-sectional size, having excellent flow passing performance. Coupled with a reasonable volute chamber, the pumps feature high efficiency. The impellers have undergone balancing tests, ensuring no vibration during operation.

Features
1.Passing capacity: It can effectively pass fibrous materials 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
2.Reasonable design: Equipped with a rational motor, featuring high efficiency and remarkable energy-saving effect.
3.Mechanical seal: Adopts a single-channel seal made of tungsten carbide, which is hard, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. It has the characteristics of durability and wear resistance, and can safely operate continuously for more than 8,000 hours.
4.Direct coaxial connection: The pump is directly connected to the motor in a coaxial manner, belonging to mechatronic products, with a compact structure and stable performance.
5.Advanced hydraulic performance: The whole machine has high efficiency and low operation noise.
6.Outdoor operation: A protective cover is added to the motor fan end, allowing the whole machine to work outdoors without a machine room, thus saving a lot of infrastructure costs.
7.Integrated structure: The pump and motor are integrated, so no alignment is required during installation.

Structure
The LW series vertical non-clogging sewage pumps are single-suction volute pumps, equipped with non-clogging and anti-winding single (double) large-flow passage impellers, featuring excellent passing capacity. This series of pumps has two structural forms: one is a direct coaxial connection between the motor and the pump, and the other is a coupling connection with a standard vertical motor. Each structural form has two base connection types: one is horizontal suction at the inlet, with a corner function, allowing the inlet and outlet to be positioned at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270° according to usage requirements for convenient pipeline connection; the other is axial suction at the inlet, facilitating vertical installation.
