YW Submersible Sewage Pump

Features a single/double-vane impeller for solids handling up to 50% of pump diameter and fibers 5x the diameter. Dual mechanical seals with tungsten carbide faces operate in an oil chamber, ensuring 8,000+ hours of continuous operation. Vertical design allows easy startup without priming, with submergence depths of 0.5-5m. Outdoor motors eliminate the need for pump houses. Available in 304/316 stainless steel (YWP), high-temperature (YWR), explosion-proof (YWB), open-impeller, and cutter (YWK) configurations. Ideal for industrial, municipal, and hazardous environments.

YW Series High-Efficiency Non-Clogging Submersible Pumps

Ideal for industrial/commercial wastewater, residential/municipal sewage systems, water treatment plants, civil defense, hospitals, construction sites, mining, agriculture, and biogas applications. Handles solids-laden sewage, clean water, and weakly corrosive media.

Requirements

Operating Conditions for Sewage Pump Series:

1.Rated voltage: 380V, frequency: 50Hz.

2.Medium temperature ≤40°C, density ≤1,150 kg/m³, pH 5-9.

3.Altitude ≤1,000 meters.

4.Medium viscosity ≤1,000 CP.

5.Must be fully submerged during operation (max. depth: 10m).

6.Main material: cast iron (unsuitable for highly corrosive media).

Caution: Ensure actual operating conditions comply with these specifications before selection or installation to guarantee proper product performance.
