CXGB Type Quick-Disassembly Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump (ISGB Quick-Disassembly Vertical Centrifugal Pump) is a newly structured pump product developed based on CXG. Shanghai Innovation Group has made bold breakthroughs in the overall structure design of this vertical pump, adopting an independent bearing body and pump shaft support to solve the deficiency of traditional vertical pumps that rely on extended motor shafts for support. The impeller and pump body are designed and manufactured with optimized hydraulic models, eliminating the large axial force problem of original vertical pumps. The motor uses Y-series standard universal motors, addressing the difficulty in matching and replacing extended shaft motors of traditional vertical pumps. Meanwhile, the 100% quick-disassembly structure solves the challenges in replacing bearings, mechanical seals, impellers, and pump shafts of high-power water pumps.

Requirements
1.The maximum working pressure of the pump system is 1.6 MPa, i.e., the pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa. (If the pump head working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, it should be specified separately when placing the order so that cast steel can be used for the flow-through and connecting components of the pump during manufacturing.)
2.The conveyed medium is clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. (If the medium contains fine particles, it should be stated separately when ordering so that wear-resistant mechanical seals can be installed.)
3.Ambient temperature ≤ 40°C, altitude ≤ 1,000 m, relative humidity ≤ 95%.

Application
ISGB Type Quick-Disassembly Single-Stage Centrifugal Pump:
Primarily used for water supply in industrial and urban high-rise buildings, fire pipeline pressurization, hot and cold water circulation in HVAC systems, long-distance water transmission, and process circulation pressurization in production processes.

IRGB Type Quick-Disassembly Single-Stage Hot Water Pump:
Suitable for high-temperature hot water pressurization and circulation in boilers of metallurgy, chemical, textile, wood processing, paper-making industries, as well as hotels, baths, and guesthouses. Also used as a heating pump in urban heating systems.

Installation
Pipework Support:The weight of the pipeline system should not be borne by the pump. Separate supports must be provided for the piping to prevent deformation of the pump, which could affect its performance and service life.
Valve and Gauge Installation:Install regulating valves on both the inlet and outlet pipes for maintenance convenience and operational safety.
A pressure gauge should be installed near the pump outlet to monitor operation within the rated head and flow range, thereby extending the pump's lifespan.
Suction Lift Applications:For suction lift conditions, a foot valve must be installed on the inlet pipe.
Minimize bends in the inlet pipeline and ensure airtightness to prevent leaks or air ingress.
Post-Installation Check:Manually rotate the pump shaft after installation. The impeller should rotate freely without friction or jamming. If issues are detected, disassemble the pump for inspection.
Mounting Options:The pump supports two installation methods: rigid coupling and flexible coupling.
