It absorbs international design and manufacturing technologies of canned pumps, applies the motor shielding technology to the fluid transportation field, and is a new series of products newly launched to meet the domestic market demand. The performance parameters of the PBG-type canned pipeline pump series basically comply with international standards and national standards. It has remarkable characteristics such as standardized design, high generalization degree, reasonable structure, stable performance, low-noise operation, and no vibration, making it a canned pump product that replaces conventional horizontal centrifugal pumps and vertical pipeline pumps.

Structure
1.Compact pump structure with integrated motor and pump, small volume. The vertical structure features a small installation footprint, stable operation, and no need for adjustment during installation.
2.The pump's inlet and outlet are designed as flanges of the same specification, positioned on the same centerline. It can be directly installed on pipelines like a valve, with a low center for easy pipeline layout and extremely convenient installation.
3.The pump is coaxial with the motor, with a short axial dimension, ensuring smoother operation and low noise.
4.The traditional shaft seal method is eliminated, avoiding leakage of the conveyed medium, thus achieving the significant feature of complete leak-proof performance.
5.Sliding bearings replace the rolling bearings of conventional motors, making the pump operate extremely smoothly with ultra-low vibration and noise.
6.Convenient for installation and maintenance: No need to dismantle the pipeline system. Simply remove the connector nuts to extract all rotor components for inspection and repair.
7.Series or parallel operation modes can be adopted according to usage requirements (i.e., flow and head needs).
