Developed by Shanghai Innovation Group, these pumps adopt the performance parameters of IS-type centrifugal pumps and are designed by combining the features of conventional vertical pumps. Based on the CXG model, derivative products are available for specific applications such as hot water, high-temperature corrosion-resistant chemical pumps, and oil pumps, tailored to different operating temperatures and media. This series features energy efficiency, low noise, and reliable performance.

Requirements
1.Inlet Pressure ≤1.0 MPa, or Maximum System Working Pressure ≤1.6 MPa, i.e., Inlet Pressure + Pump Head ≤1.6 MPa. The static pressure test limit for the pump is ≤2.5 MPa. Specify the system working pressure when ordering. For applications exceeding 1.6 MPa, please indicate separately to ensure the use of cast steel for flow-through and connecting components during manufacturing.

2.Ambient Temperature <40°C, Relative Humidity <40%.

3.Solid Particle Content in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% by volume, with particle size <0.2 mm.
Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify during ordering to enable the manufacturer to install wear-resistant mechanical seals.

Features
1.Vertical Design: Inlet/outlet same diameter on central line, installable like a valve. Compact shape reduces footprint and construction cost; outdoor use possible with protective cover.

2.Direct-Drive Impeller: Mounted on motor shaft for short axial length. Balanced bearings minimize radial/axial loads, ensuring smooth, low-vibration, quiet operation.

3.Advanced Sealing: Mechanical seal (or combo) with imported titanium alloy rings, heat-resistant seals, and hard alloys for extended wear life.

4.Tool-Free Maintenance: Remove coupling nuts to extract rotor assembly without disassembling pipelines.

5.Flexible Operation: Series/parallel configurations for custom flow/head needs.

6.Installation Versatility: Vertical or horizontal mounting to fit pipeline layouts.

Application
1.CXG Vertical Pipeline Pump
For clean water and water-like liquids. Applications: urban/industrial water supply, high-rise boosting, fire protection, HVAC, etc. Temp. <80°C.
2.CXR Vertical Hot Water Pump
For boiler hot water circulation in metallurgy, chemical, hotels, etc. Temp. ≤120°C.
3.CXS Vertical High-Temp Pump
For high-temp boiler systems (energy, papermaking, heating). Temp. ≤240°C.
4.CXH Vertical Chemical Pump
Corrosion-resistant for petroleum/chemical sectors. Transports non-particle, water-viscosity liquids. Temp. -20°C~120°C.
5.CXY Vertical Oil Pump
For gasoline, kerosene, diesel. Medium temp. -20°C~120°C.
6.CXHY Stainless Steel Explosion-Proof Pump
For flammable chemical liquids.
