The IHF fluoroplastic alloy chemical pump integrates non-metallic manufacturing. Its body features a metal casing lined with F46, combining metal strength with F46's corrosion resistance. The cover and impeller are formed by sintering fluoroplastic over metal inserts for enhanced durability. An external bellows seal ensures reliable leak prevention.

Highly corrosion/wear-resistant, the IHF pump suits chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, etc., industries for transporting aggressive media.

Features

The IHF fluoroplastic alloy chemical pump features a metal casing lined with F46, combining metallic strength with F46's exceptional corrosion resistance. The impeller and pump cover, also specially treated, effectively withstand erosion from various corrosive media. Its shaft seal adopts an external bellows mechanical seal, ensuring excellent sealing, reducing leakage risks, and maintaining stable performance. During operation, it offers high efficiency and low energy consumption, enabling efficient transportation tasks.
