The IH chemical centrifugal pump is manufactured in accordance with the international standard ISO2858-75(E). It is an updated replacement product for the F-type pump approved by the State Council upon the request of the former Ministry of Machinery Industry. Its hydraulic model is in line with international standards, featuring advanced and reasonable design. The matched power significantly saves energy, achieving nearly 25% energy conservation compared to the original F-type pump. It also has strong interchangeability and is convenient for maintenance.

Features
1.High efficiency and energy saving: The efficiency of IH chemical centrifugal pump is 3-5% higher than that of F-type pump, making it an ideal energy-saving product.
2.Shaft seal: The shaft seal adopts packing or mechanical seal, and the two types of seal pump covers are universal.
3.Suspension components: The suspension components adopt generalized design with high universality and reliability.
4.Materials: The main flow-through components are made of stainless steel, which can meet the transportation of different media and has a long service life.
5.Fully sealed shaft: The shaft is sealed with gaskets and "O" -rings to ensure that the shaft does not come into contact with the medium, improving the shaft's service life. The generalized design is adopted with high universality.
6.IS-type clean water centrifugal pump：is suitable for transporting clean water or other liquids with physical properties similar to clean water, with a temperature not higher than 80℃. The mechanical seal adopts packing seal, and its application is as wide as that of IH chemical pump. Its material is cast iron.

Application
Widely applied in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, electric power, food, environmental protection, smelting, mining, papermaking, tanker oil unloading, chemical fiber synthesis and other fields. It adopts mechanical seals made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant hard alloys, and is an energy-saving product recognized internationally and recommended by the state. The seal dimensions of our company comply with the ISO369 standard.
