The product is widely used in industrial pipelines for metallurgy, power, petrochemical, water supply/drainage, and municipal construction, where the medium temperature is ≤425℃, to regulate flow and cut off fluids. The valve adopts a triple-eccentric structure, and both the valve seat and butterfly plate sealing surfaces are made of stainless steel with different hardnesses, featuring good corrosion resistance and long service life.

Features

1.Triple-eccentric sealing structure ensures minimal wear between valve seat and disc, with self-tightening sealing function.

2.Stainless steel sealing ring combines metal hard seal and elastic seal advantages, offering excellent sealing in extreme temperatures, corrosion resistance, and long life.

3.Disc sealing surface hardfaced with cobalt-based alloy for wear resistance and extended service life.

4.Large discs feature truss structure for high strength, large flow area, and low resistance.

5.Bidirectional sealing allows installation in any direction, independent of flow direction or space constraints.

6.Drive unit supports multi-position installation (90°/180° rotation) for operational flexibility.
